Chime Blast brings a musical identity to a familiar puzzle: swap neighboring colors, make a straight line of three and watch the board respond. Instruments turn larger matches into effects, while the journey takes you through ten islands and 100 levels.
The game behind this website
The island world, travel-case board and donkey companion Daming give the adventure its character. Wave Capsules, Bass Drums, Wind Chimes and Prisms each offer a different way to work through a difficult board. As the journey progresses, new music becomes part of the experience.
Music is part of the atmosphere and feedback, rather than a test of timing. You do not need to match the beat or keep up with a falling-note track. Each level has a move allowance, so you can take time to decide which swap is useful before committing to it.
Made for a browser break
This website offers the free browser edition of Chime Blast. You can play on the homepage without creating an account or installing an app.
The browser edition has no cash checkout. Progress, settings and earned items stay in the browser on the device you use. That keeps starting a session simple, but it also means there is no account-based backup or cross-device save synchronization. Our privacy page describes the website's data handling.
Guides grounded in the game
The guides on this site describe Chime Blast's actual rules. The playing guide covers valid swaps, obstacles and stars. The combo reference explains each instrument pairing. The strategy guide offers ways to decide which move to use, without promising that any one trick will solve every level.
Chime Blast's website and game may develop over time. Information here refers to this browser edition; features or purchases offered by another edition should not be assumed to work the same way on the website.
