The game is taking a long time to load
On the homepage, press Play Chime Blast to start the game in place. The first play downloads artwork, audio and the game engine. The loading screen shows actual download progress, followed by artwork and sound preparation. Each percentage describes its current stage. If a download is interrupted or takes unusually long, use Retry loading. Your saved progress stays in this browser. A current browser is recommended. If an extension blocks the game, review its site-specific settings rather than disabling protection everywhere.
If loading stops, include the stage shown on the loading screen in your report.
I cannot hear music
Click or tap inside the game first, then check its music and sound settings, your device volume and whether the browser tab is muted. Browsers can wait for interaction before allowing audio. Returning from another tab should restore the appropriate game state; if it does not, pause and resume within the game.
Where is my saved progress?
The browser edition saves on the device and browser you use, under the game's subdomain. There is no account or cloud save. A different browser, another device or a private window can have separate progress. Clearing site data can remove the save permanently, so do not clear it as a first troubleshooting step if you want to keep your progress.
If the game reports a save failure, keep the tab open and check whether browser storage is restricted or the device is out of space. We do not hold a server copy that can restore a removed local save.
Give the game more room
The game has its own landscape row on the homepage. On a phone, turn your device sideways. On touch screens, make swaps inside the game board; scroll the surrounding page outside it.
A level or combination is confusing
See how to play for valid matches and level objectives, or the combo guide for instrument effects. Diagonals and ordinary 2 × 2 squares do not count as matches in Chime Blast. The strategy tips explain how to approach a difficult board.
Report a problem
Email i.hou@163.com with the level number, device, browser name and a short sequence of steps. A screenshot of an error message can help. Tell us which loading stage or game screen showed the problem, and whether retrying changed it.
